Sometimes I complain a bit when video clips aren't edited down, and if you're like me, you'll want to skip this. But, if you'd like to get a brief overview of Connecticut energy policy – and a summary of the changes made in this year's legislative session – there are probably very few sources better than this 15-minute presentation made by House Energy and Technology committee chairman Steve Fontana, which I taped last night.
If anyone would like to see the other two presentations (the President of UI – summary, suppliers are to blame for the high prices, not distributors – or Bob Wall, who gave a rundown of the state's renewable energy programs) or the Q+A session, leave a note in comments.
