The very first (that I know of) television appearance of Ned Lamont. Ned talks about challenging Joe Lieberman and why he might enter the race (at the time, he hadn't yet decided). Shelly Sindland talks to Tom Swan (Ned's campaign manager) and Mark Pazniokas (writer for the Hartford Courant) in the studio.

as I've never seen it and it's so fitting to watch tonight.

Now it's off to bed for an early morning at the polls volunteering for Ned; I don't think I'll be able to sleep a wink.

I'll be posting a lot of older stuff tonight and throughout tomorrow. There are nearly 600 clips at the Nedheads YouTube group. The pivotal moments are all there.

Also, a complete full-length documentary on this race is being made now as we speak and should be ready early next year. A win tomorrow will cap things off nicely.
