Hey! I just want to let everyone know that Sullivan's on Chapel Street in New Haven has been unofficially named "Bloggers' Central" for the next three nights as we head into the election.

If you are a CT Blogger, or in from out of town, this is THE congregating place where you can enjoy a beer or two, meet fellow bloggers, and catch up on the latest regarding the blogosphere's "little accountability project".

Please come find us, beginning tomorrow night at 8:00! CTKeith, DumpJoe originator should be in attendance, along with some of the big-name bloggers in from out-of-state. Not just FireDogLake, but... Stoller? Stoller? Did someone mention MyDD's Matt Stoller?

Heck, MyLeftNutmeg's originator, BranfordBoy might stop by, as well as CTBob, Spazeboy, ThirdParty, CTBlogger, Maura, and/or "Dad" and his Kiss-mobile! Tim Tagaris lives nearby, and he better stop in for at least a quick hello.

So please, bust your hump on GOTV work all day long. But afterwards come and find us for fun, comraderie, and refreshment.

Greenwich Time:

One man dressed in a banana costume held up a sign that read, "Lamont courting Republicans -- That's Bananas!" Another read "Greenwich Millionaires don't represent me!"
Their presence irritated several Lamont supporters who tried to block out their signs or berate them after the rally. Though they said little, Lieberman supporters tried to capture the attention of television cameras by crowding around Lamont as he tried to leave at the end of the rally and sticking their signs in front of the cameras.
Jim Himes, chairman of the town Democratic committee, acknowledged the hecklers'presence in his opening remarks.
