The guy who made the decision to put NYC civil defense Emergency Headquaters in the Twin Towers AFTER the first attack and AGAINST the advice of his Terror experts in the NYPD has zero credibility on anything to do with terrorism.

Remember, 9/11 happened on the watch of a Republican Mayor (Giuliani himself) and a Republican President. In fact, I don't think the radios of the police and fire department, which were a problem back in '93 and which failed on 9/11, have been fixed yet.

I think we should focus on strengthening our intelligence, working with local authorities and doing all the things we haven't yet done to keep Americans safe. The threat we face is real, and deserves better than to be the punchline of another political attack."

I didn't see him running into any buildings on 9/11. His career was in the toilet then, and that's where it'll wind up.. back in the canner.
