Lieberman's ardent support for the war has obviously roiled those in his party who feel that as a Democrat the senator should have been more critical of the Bush administration's planning and execution of the war. As we've witnessed in recent months, Lieberman's position — which has been consistently principled in keeping with his overall approach to politics — could result in a career-ending challenge for him.

What was Joe's position yesterday about the war? It changes so often I can't keep track.

CANCEL ALL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS!!
I never renewed (in August, when the first endorsed LIEberman), but I am still getting the paper delivered.
I left a note to the delivery-man stating that I NO LONGER subscribe to the Courant, so stop delivering. Nope still there on my front stoop, nearly after 4 months after the subscription ran out.
Was considering writing an LTTE, saying I DO NOT WANT YOUR LIEBERMAN IDOLIZING RAG ON MY PROPERTY ANYMORE!
Any suggestions on what I should do with the papers that still get delivered? So far I have been just dumping them straight into the recycling bin...

Frankly, after looking at Schlesinger's "test" form, I can see why serious candidates stay away from it: It's a loooong list of very simplistic positions from which the candidate checks the positions s/he supports in some cases; indicates levels should be raised, lowered, or kept the same in other cases; or simply answers yes or no in other cases.
Even though it's billed as a "voter self-defense system," I find this approach much less useful than the candidates' own speeches, debates, websites, and even ads. This format doesn't really allow anyone to lay out a nuanced, integrated position, and it give opponents lots of ammo for negative ads.
Lieberman's done lots of stupid, obnoxious things, but IMHO not answering this "test" was not one of them.
