There's an excellent post over at CTBlue that rips apart The Day's biased editorial page coverage of the Courtney-Simmons debate. It's complete with video excerpts from the debate used to devastating effect to back up the points made. A case study in what blogs do best.

I hope everyone who reads this will help us out in CT-02.  All you readers in safe CT Congressional Districts (Hartford, New Haven etc.), can you contribute a few bucks via www.joecourtney.com ? The polls show that this race will be very close, and that Courtney has a chance to win, but with The Day loving Rob Simmons, and Simmons' advantage in money, it's tough.  Courtney can overcome these disadvantages with the help of the blogosphere!
