Beyond Joe

by: Scarce

Tue Aug 08, 2006 at 01:19:26 AM EDT

From tonight's "Beyond the Headlines" show with Samantha Bee. Joe avoids answering THE question, addressing the false dichotomy of running both as a loyal democrat and later as an independent, should he lose tomorrow. And he has the gall to call Ned Lamont a chameleon...

Lieberman: "Tuesday will have an existence and powerful reality all its own...."

Amen.

Scarce :: Beyond Joe
The show had long interviews with Lieberman and Lamont (around 20 min each), and a talking heads segment. I'll post some more clips later, though watching Joe for that long is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Talking Heads weigh in (0.00 / 0)

Kevin Rennie (Courant), Susan Haigh (AP), & Rinker Buck (Courant) discuss and give their predictions for the primary election tomorrow.

The last word, (0.00 / 0)
during the credit roll...

"Lieberman"

The question is not what you are, we already determined that, we are now negotiating price.

Don't mean to be naive but... (0.00 / 0)
...this is a joke, right, when you call that woman Samantha Bee?

Shelley Sinland's about as clever to Samantha Bee as a real bee is to a human being.

Refer back to the very first interview that Shelley did (0.00 / 0)
with Ned.  Watch the whole thing, there's a portion where she looks especially like Samantha Bee.

It is a joke.
