This video was shot by the Connecticut Network. On February 21st, 2013, Connecticut Senators Blumenthal and Murphy, and Congresswoman Esty held a four hour Federal Response to Gun Violence Conference on the Western CT State University campus in Danbury, CT. This conference consisted of four parts: opening remarks, a forum on gun control policy, a forum on mental health and school safety issues, and keynote addresses from government leaders including Gov. Dannel Malloy, Sec. of Education Arne Duncan, and Vice President Joe Biden.
