Lieberman to hold farewell diner tour
BRIDGEPORT, CT (AP) -
The retiring Sen. Joe Lieberman is visiting four Connecticut diners as part of his farewell diner tour.

He has visited about 130 diners in more than 60 Connecticut cities and towns.
On Wednesday, Lieberman is scheduled to meet with constituents at White's Diner in Bridgeport, starting at 8 a.m. He is then expected to make stops at the Athenian Diner in New Haven, Norm's Diner in Groton and Shady Glen in Manchester.

All I can say, is Happy Holidays and our New Year will start off in the right direction -- a Senate minus Lieberman.

If you read the article in the Day about Lieberman's visit to Norm's Diner, it looks like he had two people show up--one was a former staff member and one was from New London. I fervently hope we're done hearing about Joe Lieberman.
