Lieberman Is A Dick

by: Scarce

Fri Feb 05, 2010 at 11:50:31 AM EST

Last night, Jon Stewart asked Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY) about Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT).

JON STEWART: "My question to you is this. Is he a dick?"

REP. ANTHONY WEINER: "Yes, Jon."

I'm sending Weiner a contribution (0.00 / 0)
just for saying what we all know on nationwide TV instead of doing what most politicians would have done and waffling.

He's counting on it (0.00 / 0)
Alan Grayson's success at making pronouncements that make the peanut gallery go wild and send money is not lost on him.

I bet he cries all the way to the bank for that comment on the Daily Show.

He came over to CT and stood at the polls on election day on behalf of Diane Farrell in 06.  I was poll standing and thought it unusual, but what do I know.

It kind of makes me think he has bigger ambitions.

What politician doesn't have bigger ambitions? (0.00 / 0)
That's why most of them play it safe.

Just curious:  Where does Weiner stand on Israel and the Middle East?

Interesting case (0.00 / 0)
He has been supportive of Israel. Would have to be to get elected in his district. However, he is also engaged to a Muslim woman, Huma Abedin, an aide to Hillary Clinton. Not sure he's a guy you can easily pigeonhole.
