A letter (or two) from CT Democrats to Lieberman

by: CaptCT

Fri Dec 19, 2008 at 07:32:08 AM EST

( - promoted by Jon Kantrowitz)

The CT Democratic Party has decided to issue a "strongly worded letter" of disapproval to Joe Lieberman for his support of Republican presidential candidate John McCain. May we suggest two letters:

Dear Joe,

F. U.

Sincerely,

CT Democrats

Not Strong Enough (4.00 / 3)
I have been thinking about this. The appropriate strongly worded letter should come staright from the words of confession in the Yom Kippur liturgy (They are collective - but should be applied this time individually):

ASHAMNU: we have been guilty,
BAGADNU: we have betrayed,
GAZALNU: we have stolen,
DIBARNU DOFI: we have spoken falsely,
HE'EVINU: we have caused others to sin,
V'HIRSHANU: we have caused others to do evil,
ZADNU: we have had evil hearts,
CHAMASNU: we have become violent,
TAFALNU SHEQER: we have attached lies,
YA'ATZNU RA: we have advised evil,
KIZAVNU: we have lied,
LATZNU: we have scoffed,

The list goes on.  Specific examples of each sin committed should be included, from promises to support the Democratic candidate to support of the war in Iraq to irersponsible statements about Obama.

NO. DSCC would argue over making FU, SU. n/t (4.00 / 1)
