Maybe Bush will pardon him.
I can't.
I promise there will be at least one great YouTube moment on this week's "The Real Story"! You'll just have to watch to see!
Perhaps next time she won't drop the ball and have a video clip at the ready to show Lieberman lying.
Here's her blog post about the event.

First, that Amann said he'd have stripped him of his committees(oh, someone remind me, is he running for governor?? And, um, what would you have done if you were in Congress during the votes about the Iraq War? Since that is another popular place to conjecture to curry voter favor). He may be completely sincere, but if he is, then I truly question his abilities of perception. He just may be one of those politicians for whom loyalty to The Family trumps adhering to some sort of institutional principles and behavior. You can call it conscience if you want, but I won't. It's more a selectively applied "conscience".
And, something I trust more, this quote:
Former State Party Chairman George Jepsen (who went to bat for Lamont, no pun intended ) says Lieberman is doing what he always does-trying to have it both ways. Jepsen says Lieberman deserves to be censured.
If Joe Lieberman ever experiences a true moment of clarity about himself, he'll likely suffer a complete mental collapse.
I can only hope he'll get the psychological help he desperately needs when it happens. Connecticut Bob
There must be somebody who specializes in pathological lying. Wanna bet it would be a decades-long treatment?
