Reid Shills For Lieberman Update

I called both Reid's Senate office and the campaign office (which handles endorsements and such) and identified myself as a convention delegate, and raised these points. 

The woman I spoke to (who is from CT) was present when the endorsement letter was drafted, and was able to confirm it was legit.  I requested that Senator Reid withhold any further endorsements until we got such a pledge.  At neither office was anyone aware of getting this reassurance, and I think they would have been eager to tell me if they had.  If they got such an assurance, I believe it was after the fact.

And unless we hear it straight from Joe Lieberman's mouth, I will be assuming the threat is still in place.
