I can't believe how smoothly this was pulled off.

Hopefully George W. Bush actually steps down and fades away Jan. 20th.

Better yet, let the prosecution of George W. Bush for murder begin after Jan 20. The defrauding of taxpayers, damage to the economy, the harming and killing of so many, should not go unpunished.

Hopefully Obama/Biden are up to the task of getting prosecutions going. All should fear criminal and civil penalties for their actions, no one, including a US President should be above the law.

Vincent Bugliosi, the Charles Manson prosecutor, wrote a thorough blueprint for prosecuting George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Condoleezza Rice and others for the crimes they committed. Any State AG can get the prosecution process going, and they should refer to Bugliosi's book for the jurisdiction and case law.

Vincent Bugliosi was kind enough to hand me a free copy of his book, and explain his views to me over lunch.
