Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks talks about how Palin, as mayor of Wasilla, was OK with charging rape victims for the medical exams necessary to prosecute the crimes against them.  

He then brings up a law that Joe Biden passed mandating coverage for these medical exams, a law that John McCain opposed:
